Terms of Service – My Merch And Music (MMAM)

Effective Date: August 9th 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the MMAM ticketing platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our platform.

2. Description of Service
MMAM provides a platform for event organizers to create and sell tickets, and for customers to purchase tickets to those events.

3. Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. MMAM does not store full payment card or bank account details.

4. Ticket Delivery
Tickets are delivered electronically via email or accessible through the purchaser’s account.

5. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds are at the discretion of the event organizer. MMAM facilitates refunds through Stripe when authorized by the event organizer.

6. Event Organizer Responsibilities
Event organizers are solely responsible for the events they create, including compliance with all applicable laws, event safety, and honoring purchased tickets.

7. Platform Fees
MMAM charges a platform fee on each ticket sale. This fee is disclosed at checkout.

8. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the platform for illegal activities, fraudulent transactions, or to violate the rights of others.

9. Limitation of Liability
MMAM is not responsible for event cancellations, changes, or issues caused by event organizers. Our liability is limited to the amount paid to MMAM in platform fees for the transaction in dispute. MMAM fees are non-refundable.

10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
