💠 How $MERCH Works
🔁 Giveaway Engine
Weekly giveaways allow community members to enter using $MERCH tokens. A portion of the submitted tokens is awarded to a winner, while the remaining balance is retained within the ecosystem to support future rewards, platform sustainability, and creative development.
🛍 Token Utility
Current and anticipated $MERCH use cases include:
• Giveaway Participation
• Custom Fan Apparel: Fans can request unique merch items by paying a platform-set fee in $MERCH.
• Future Use: Integration with event ticketing and platform-based artist merch is in development.
All $MERCH used in transactions is liquidated to fund nonprofit operations. These proceeds stay within MMAM to sustain its mission and infrastructure.
💼 Revenue Discipline
Revenue from all merch, ticketing, and token-based sales—regardless of payment source—remains within MMAM. No private withdrawals are allowed. Revenue may be allocated toward MMAM-owned units in Nexus Capital Holdings, which are used to support artist infrastructure and future growth.
💰 Token Economics & Supply Logic
$MERCH operates with a finite supply and long-term scarcity strategy. While token availability will scale over time, new issuance is not planned. A small transaction fee is embedded in token transfers, routed dynamically to support operations, marketing, and ecosystem development.
